Our habits are often triggered by things we find out about ourselves or in our life, and by things we believe are going to happen. We may think that we are doing something to change our life if we are taking a new job or get a great new haircut, but if we think that our habits will be changed by that, then we can’t stop it. We have to change them ourselves, so it helps to find a way to do that.
That’s what we did with our new videos, the ones we released this spring. We did them in the same way you would make a new video, and we gave ourselves a couple of days to figure out how to make them.
Well, here’s the plan: We figured out how to make them. We actually got so far that we had to stop working for a few days to figure out how to do it, but we did it. Now we are posting them on YouTube and other sites, because we are determined to make videos that are fun and interesting.
