The post performance area is the same area that you can see on this page. It’s a section of the analytics dashboard. Its a section that measures what you’re being asked to do. Its a section that is all about your performance on the job that you’re doing. And it’s a great place to be.
And the best part? It is a place you can see yourself in. So if youre not good enough to get into the right place, don’t fret. All you need to do is click “show this post performance area” under the performance tab of your analytics dashboard. That will reveal all the places you can be in. And they are all wonderful places to be.
And what else do you need to be a better performer in a job? You need to be accountable. You need to be able to see yourself in the performance area. You need to know just how your performance is affecting the job. And you need a system for doing this. As an employee, you need to be able to see just how your performance is affecting the work you do. In hootsuite, this is called the “performance dashboard.
We’ve all heard the saying, “When you’re trying to be a better person, you’re trying to be a better person’s friend” (the old adage, I’m sure). But what we need to understand is that you are just a person who wants to be better but you are trying to be better. You have the ability to be a better person, not a better person.
So we really need to help the “better person” inside us to feel better about its own performance. In the performance dashboard, you can see how much of your work is performed as a result of your coworkers, friends, and family, how much is performed by your own accomplishments, and how much is performed as a result of your own personal efforts.
The performance chart of the post-performance area is the only way to track performance. It has a great tendency to be a fluff of what’s been done by the other side, such as a video game on another planet, or an ad campaign on Twitter. So it’s a good idea to try to find a way to track this performance graphically.
