RadheSpotify is an app that lets you manage your music. For me, it was a no-brainer for me to add it to my phone. I love the interface, the playlist selection, and the ability to filter albums by “genres and artists.” I just did the math. I’ve listened to, like, four hundred songs in the past week and a half.
I think, when it comes to ad-supported free apps, its better to say that you’re going to have more free apps than you do ad-supported. This is because there are just so many free alternatives out there. Even if you’re only using one music app, you can still download many others and still find a few good ones.
I feel compelled to point out that spotify and other music apps are, in part, a response to the major music subscription services: Sony Music, Napster, and Grooveshark. While those services don’t pay you to use their services, they do allow you to download their tracks for free, and then use those tracks in your own tracks. We’re trying to give folks a good, reliable, free alternative to those services.
Spotify is the only music service that has a free tier, and they have a few paid tiers as well. The free tier is the most basic, and the paid tiers are more advanced. We hope that by offering a free tier we can discourage people from getting too crazy with their free account so they can just use it to download a few tracks.
We also encourage people to support their own music by sharing it here. Just because someone gives you something free doesn’t mean they don’t try to sell you something else. Why do you think it’s possible to install Spotifys ad script in your browser? It’s not the easiest of ways to install a script. It’s just a matter of setting up the browser to install the script, and when you have that set up your browser will start doing some kind of scripting for you.
Well, if you don’t have a browser, you don’t have the ability to install scripts. As a web developer, I’m glad that there are a lot of JavaScript developers out there who are very good at creating scripts even without a browser. But if you are a web developer, you have to be very careful about whether you want to install scripts that could run on any Internet Explorer, or any other browser, or even on your own web server.
It’s hard to tell unless you have the time. The problem is that you need to know how to start scripting and use a script. You need to know how to start in your browser, not a very good one.
