we know that it is not a good idea to try and do too much at once. We try to do too many things at once, and it ends up stressing us out.
If you try and do too many things at once, you can end up doing just about anything at once, which can be very bad. But you can also end up doing a lot of things that you probably should not have done at all, like you did here because you should have gotten in touch with your inner (or inner-inner) monologue.
You should do your self-awareness thing first to figure out what to do with your time. Then you can figure out how you want to do the rest of your time, how you want to be. Just like people with a life coach, you should do your own inner-inner monologue first, then you can figure out how best to do your business.
You probably shouldn’t have done it, but you should have checked your inner or inner-inner monologue. And while it sounds like a good strategy, it doesn’t always work. I was recently talking to a friend who wanted to know what I was really trying to do in life, so I had to tell him.
The best thing you can do is your own inner-inner monologue. I’ve seen the best coaches say to themselves a million times that they were trying to do their own inner-inner monologue and they just ended up with a bunch of dumb ideas. People who don’t have a coach, who do their own inner-inner monologue, are always surprised when things don’t work out as they’d hoped.
The problem is that inner-inner monologues are the same thing as your inner-inner monologue and they both suck. I’m talking about the mental exercise that is the process of thinking about yourself. I’m talking about the mental exercise of going over your own thoughts and feelings in your own mind. That is just as self-destructive as a mental exercise that is a bunch of pointless, self-obsessive thoughts.
The problem is you don’t know what you’re doing, you’re just doing it. You have to stop for a minute and get your bearings. I mean that’s the hardest part of any activity, but maybe it’s a good thing that it’s so hard to make sure you don’t burn out.
I mean, we are all stuck in the mind that we have the most control of our minds. I’m thinking about my work, my classes, my school life, and my friends. We had a fight about a year ago, and I’m trying to work out the whole thing.
We have a tendency to think we are the smartest people in the room, when really we are just the ones who have the biggest mouths. The problem is that we think so little that if we dont say anything, then whats the point? We only think that we have the best ideas and we will never know if others have better ones.
As I’ve said before, our brains are pretty slow. It takes us a while to figure things out. The problem is that we don’t like to take our time. When we do things, we don’t stop to think about them. We just quickly get going and get to work, and that’s when we get the crap beaten out of us.
